SRINAGAR : This year’s 69th National School Games has drawn participation from 30 teams representing various States and Union Territories across the country, with matches scheduled to be played at six different venues in Srinagar. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

The event was inaugurated by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at the TRC Football Ground, who declared the games open by ceremonially kicking a football. The opening ceremony witnessed the presence of Minister for Youth Services and Sports Satish Sharma, Advisor to the Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani, MLA Lal Chowk Sheikh Ahsan Ahmed (Pardesi), Director General Youth Services and Sports Anuradha Gupta, and Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council Nuzhat Gul, among other dignitaries.
