The ATP Rankings were updated this Monday, making official the points earned at the Asian Swing events by the biggest stars. The biggest point beneficiaries were the champions Carlos Alcaraz (Japan Open) and Jannik Sinner (China Open)—both adding 500 points. The update also formalized Learner Tien's entry into the Top 40 for the first time in his career and Taylor Fritz's return to the Top 4.

The changes in the Asian Swing schedule meant that—rarely—the finals were played halfway through last week. On Tuesday, Alcaraz secured the title in Tokyo by defeating Fritz, and a day later, Sinner beat Tien to also lift a new trophy. The points were officially added by the ATP this Monday, causing a few movements even in the Top 10.
