Indicted Supreme Court Associate Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi has reached a fully negotiated plea deal with prosecutors and is expected to plead "no contest" to a misdemeanor in connection to allegedly misusing her position in a criminal investigation against her husband.
The deal calls for Hantz Marconi, of Stratham, to make the plea to a single charge of criminal solicitation, a Class B misdemeanor, according to court documents.
The change of plea comes as Hantz Marconi was set to go to trial next month.
