MADISON (WKOW) — A 38-year-old man who had not been seen since August was found by police on Monday.

The Madison Police Department said Roy Fleming was located around 9:50 a.m. in the 2900 block of Industrial Drive. Police said there is no foul play suspected in his disappearance.

Fleming had last been seen by family on Aug. 29 near South Towne Drive.
