Courtney Castiglione, president of the Village Elementary School PTO, vividly remembers the first steps of her parent leadership journey. “I first joined PTO three years ago and took on the role of hospitality chair. With this role, I was responsible for planning events that celebrated and recognized our amazing staff at Village Elementary,” she told me.
