The Bolts will be without Omarion Hampton for at least the next four games.
Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday that the 2025 first-round pick is headed to Injured Reserve due to an ankle injury he sustained late in Week 5.
"He's going to miss time. Ankle injury," Harbaugh said. "We will put him on IR to return so he'll miss at least four games and then he'll return as soon as he can after that."
Hampton had been one of the Chargers most productive offensive players so far this season, tallying 86 total touches for 450 yards and two touchdowns.
The 22-year-old has 66 carries for 314 yards and a pair of scores so far on the ground.
Harbaugh said he was disappointed to lose Hampton for at least a month.
