DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - The Iowa Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Tuesday in a case involving the downtown Davenport building collapse.

Three people died when an apartment building partially fell on May 28, 2023. Another survivor was maimed and trapped in the rubble.
