An 80-year-old driver was killed Saturday after crashing into a utility pole on Route 130 in Robbinsville, authorities said.
A resident of Stony Creek, Virginia woman crashed at about 12:15 p.m. on the southbound side just before Church Street, Robbinsville police said.
She died of her injuries at an area hospital after being removed from the car. There were no passengers in the car.
Her identity was not made public on Monday afternoon. Stony Creek is in southern Virginia, about 45 miles south of Richmond.
