THE truck driver who was allegedly attacked by former NFL player Mark Sanchez in an alleyway has filed a lawsuit against the football star.

Perry Tole, 69, has fired off bombshell allegations against the player-turned broadcaster, 38, who stands accused of sparking an unprovoked attack outside a bar in Indiana early Sunday morning.

Sanchez is accused of beating up the driver over his truck blocking an alleyway in Indianapolis, court documents seen by Fox affiliate WXIN reveal.

The victim told police that he smelled alcohol on the former player's breath and stabbed Sanchez because he feared for his life, arrest documents state.
