Jim Goodwin has told his Dundee United players a few home truths going into the international break. ‌

The Terrors sit fourth in the Premiership but their manager feels they should be sitting even higher and with more points on the board. ‌

The United boss has been left irked by the fact that United have taken just one point from their last two home games against Kilmarnock and Livingston. ‌

Goodwin stated: “We are sitting fourth in the table.

“It is not a terrible position to be in but I feel we’ve dropped too many points at this stage when I look back on some of the situations we find ourselves in. ‌

“Mistakes happen but we need to learn from them and make sure we cut them out going forward.”
