PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - Peoria Police are investigating an incident of shots fired in the Central Peoria area on Monday.

According to police, officers were called to the intersection of N. Molleck Drive and Baskin Ridge for the incident. When they arrived, police did not find a shooting victim.

As of 4:50 p.m., much about the incident is still under investigation, including a potential suspect.
