BATON ROUGE, La. (KLFY) -- New video footage has emerged in the case of former LSU wide receiver Kyren Lacey, who was accused of causing a fatal car crash in December 2024.
The footage, released by Lacey's attorney Matthew Ory, claims to show that Lacey had no involvement in the crash that resulted in the death of 78-year-old Herman Hall. Lacey had previously turned himself in to authorities and was released on a $151,000 bond.
"You know, I thought that this is a process that takes time," said Lacey's former football coach, Brian Kelly, during a press conference. "He was loved by us. Was loved before and is loved after."
