COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said four people have been arrested after a vehicle was stolen on Oct. 2.

CSPD said officers responded to a carjacking of a blue 2006 Jeep Liberty at the 500 block of South Nevada Avenue near downtown Colorado Springs.

On Monday, CSPD said officers conducted a BATTLE operation alongside the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and Colorado State Patrol, where they located the stolen vehicle.

They said the stolen vehicle was found by the Motor Vehicle Theft unit near East Platte Avenue and North Murray Boulevard.

Surveillance then responded to follow the vehicle to the 3900 block of San Miguel Street, near North Academy Boulevard, where police said four suspects were arrested.
