WASHINGTON – The Washington Department of Health has reported a decrease in flu and COVID-19 vaccination rates this season, with 36% fewer COVID-19 doses and 18% fewer flu doses administered compared to last year.

To address this, the department has launched a new Respiratory Immunization Dashboard . This tool consolidates data on flu, COVID-19 and RSV vaccinations for both children and adults.

The dashboard allows users to explore vaccine coverage by region and age, view trends over time and stay informed during the respiratory virus season.

Currently, 6.2% of the population has received the influenza vaccine this season. Meanwhile, 3.1% of the population has received the COVID-19 vaccine.
