The next phase of a massive regeneration project in Salford is moving forward, with plans for more homes submitted to the council.
Developer ECF has revealed a scheme for up to 185 apartments in the city, on the western part of the Farmer Norton car park on Cleminson Street, which is close to Chapel Street and Trinity Way.
These will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats in the Adelphi Village neighbourhood, which aims to build more than 800 homes in total as part of the £2.5bn Salford Crescent masterplan.
