TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Disturbing new details unfolded in a Tulare County courtroom on Monday in the preliminary hearing for two men, 51-year-old Raymond Pena, and 65-year-old Brett Minkler.

The Goshen father and grandfather were arrested in March of last year for the death and sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says the girl died in the hospital on January 16, 2024, after her family found her unresponsive.

In court, detectives testified to having five months' worth of surveillance video.

Including the moments the teen was last seen moving on camera.
