Yorks has closed a third branch of its cafe in Birmingham .

Ikon Gallery has confirmed that Yorks is closed within its art space, where it has been since 2017.

No updates have been shared on how long the closure is expected to last, with Ikon stating: "Yorks Cafe at Ikon is currently closed" on its website.

Ikon Gallery has also confirmed to BirminghamLive that the cafe is 'currently closed'.

Ikon is one of Birmingham's most inspirational spaces, a cultural gem on Brindleyplace that offers free-to-visit exhibitions.

Last week, it announced its autumn/winter exhibition, Donald Locke: Resistant forms, a free-to-enter attraction.
