The Kansas City Chiefs ‘ trip to EverBank Stadium on Monday night did not turn out as expected. Coming off two wins, the Jacksonville Jaguars kept their winning streak alive with a stunning 31-28 win, their first against the Chiefs since 2009. As for Kansas, they bottled the game despite having an early lead of 14-0 after capitalizing on a goal-line fumble from Trevor Lawrence, but Jacksonville had a comeback in store.

Devin Lloyd’s play flipped the energy inside EverBank Stadium, erasing the Chiefs’ chances of winning. And Trevor Lawrence’s touchdown in the final moment sealed the win for the Jaguars. With this loss, the Jaguars strengthened their chances in the AFC South, while at the same time dealing a setback to Kansas City’s position in the AFC West.
