A Michigan man won a lottery prize worth more than $500,000 despite originally believing he lost

The man won the prize while playing Club Keno's "The Jack" add-on game, according to lottery officials

"It was a good feeling!" the anonymous winner said

A Michigan man just claimed a triple-digit lottery prize after initially thinking he actually lost.

The 45-year-old winner from Otsego County, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased his winning ticket at the Gaylord South EZ Mart on South Otsego Avenue in Gaylord, according to a news release from Michigan Lottery officials.

The man was playing the Club Keno Game, and selected “The Jack” add-on, which is “another set of 9 numbers (from 1-80) that are randomly selected to play in the Club Keno drawing,” according to Michig
