COLUMBIA, S.C. — The News19 Weather Team has issued a Weather Impact Alert Day for Thursday as temperatures will drop, and it will be breezy.
Near to slightly above normal temperatures will continue early this week with ridging in place across the region. A cold front will move through on Wednesday, bringing our next decent chance of rain, followed by cooler, drier, and breezy conditions to end the week.
Highs today will reach the low to middle 80s under partly cloudy skies, with isolated showers possible, mainly near the coast. Clouds will increase tonight as the cold front approaches, keeping overnight lows mild in the middle 60s.
