The Renegade apartment complex in downtown Denton, built by residential developer Holt Lunsford , is scheduled to open for leasing in early summer 2026, Vice President of Construction Adam Brown said.

The 104-unit, 120,000-square-foot complex broke ground in February 2025, and amenities will include a clubhouse, dedicated quiet study area, gym and a pet recreation area, according to the builder’s website. Construction of the complex will complete in late summer 2026, Brown added.
