Breast Cancer Awareness | Study: Beta blockers may halt spread of some aggressive 'triple-negative' breast cancers

A medication used for decades to treat hypertension and other cardiovascular issues might be able to halt aggressive “triple-negative” breast cancer’s spread, a new study shows.

Researchers from Australia’s Monash University said beta blockers, which lower effects from stress hormones, might also stop the progression of triple-negative breast cancer in some patients.
