Sean "Diddy" Combs could serve out the rest of his prison sentence in New Jersey if the judge approves his request.

According to a report TMZ published on Monday, October 6, Combs' trial attorney, Teny Geragos, submitted a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian and asked if the Bureau of Prisons could send the Bad Boy Records founder to FCI Fort Dix. Geragos argued that the low-security federal correctional institution would be the best location for Combs to "address drug abuse issues" and see his family.
