David ' Heavy D ' Sparks , one of the two stars on the former Discovery Channel reality series Diesel Brothers , was arrested in Salt Lake City Tuesday (October 7) morning, TMZ reports.

Sparks, 40, was issued a bench warrant last Thursday (October 2) for failure to pay fees owed in connection with a Clear Air Act lawsuit filed by Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment. The reality star reportedly owes $843,602.23 as part of the lawsuit, which he failed to pay during the past three years.
