Police are investigating a man's shooting death Monday night.

It happened at an apartment complex in the 100 block of Golden Crest Circle, according to Birmingham police. That's in the Glen Iris area just off Valley Avenue.

Willie Antwon Jones, 20, of Birmingham, was found in the parking lot at around 10:45 p.m. and died at the scene, according to the coroner.
