YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A pair of men charged with a series of thefts over a four-month period this year pleaded not guilty today to a 40-count indictment at their arraignments in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
Timothy Esposito, 52, and Samuel Esposito, 36, entered their pleas before Judge Maureen Sweeney.
The two are being held without bond pending a tentative trial date of October 20 before Judge John Durkin, which will almost certainly be pushed back.
The two were indicted on September 25 via direct presentment and have been in the Mahoning County Jail since their arrests.
It is not known how the two are related.
They each face one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony, as well as various theft and grand theft, fourth and fifth-degree fe
