WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- The Ohio Department of Health has just released its inspection for Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull, which highlights some areas that need improvement in order for the hospital to reopen.

In a previous statement from the Department of Health, it noted "several significant issues" that needed attention before the hospital could reopen, which the report now details to include a failure to ensure routine maintenance in some areas as well as a need to implement a water management program to manage the risks of legionella.
