Confirming the development, BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul said that the discussions with the party’s top leadership are currently underway.

“Yes, we are in Delhi to discuss and finalize the candidates for the Rajya Sabha and Assembly by-polls on Nagrota and Budgam seats. The discussions are in progress, and it may take a few days to finalize the list,” Koul said.
