The Detroit Lions’ secondary has taken a major blow with starting cornerback Terrion Arnold ‘s shoulder injury now believed to be potentially season-ending. Arnold’s initial shoulder issue surfaced in the team’s Week 4 win over the Cleveland Browns. However, the injury worsened late in the third quarter of Sunday’s victory against the Cincinnati Bengals on a tackle, forcing the former first-round pick out of the game for good.

But still, this injury isn’t enough to break Terrion’s morale as he posts on his Instagram. “God makes no mistakes.”

Even though the player is optimistic. Lions head coach Dan Campbell addressed the situation, confirming the gravity of the injury and stating that Arnold’s absence is not going to be a short-term absence.
