BRAZEN Brownies has won gold at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show for its walnut brownie, backing up its previous wins with a new standout flavour.

The award comes after the business’s salted caramel peanut brownie earned back-to-back gold medals at the same event.

Judging is based on texture, flavour, bake quality, technical skill and visual appeal.

Brazen Brownies was founded by George Kalpakis and Caroline Kropack, who built the business from the ground up after careers in the corporate world.
