Though the change isn’t huge ― two cents on average to be exact ― prices have dipped downward over the past week, according to AAA Idaho . The travel agency stated that the average price for a gallon of gas in Idaho is $3.47, two cents lower than last week but the same price as a month ago and one cent more than this time last year.
