Victims of stalking have been warned about the dangers of social media after the recent high-profile Myleene Klass case in Birmingham.

Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Foster and West Midlands Victims Advocate, Natalie Queiroz, have issued important advice for victims after a Birmingham man was found guilty of stalking the ex-pop star.

Peter Windsor was found guilty of stalking the former Hear'Say singer as well as radio broadcaster Katie Breathwick between March 2020 and August last year.

The 61-year-old, of Mary Road, Stechford , sent them unwanted letters, clothing, handcuffs and an imitation firearm .
