MANCHESTER, N.H. —
During a visit Tuesday in New Hampshire, Democratic Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear told WMUR he would consider running for president in the future.
Beshear stressed that his current focus is helping Democrats in New Hampshire and across the country get elected in 2026. But what about after 2026?
“I’m trying to be that reasonable voice in the chaos. And next year, my goal is to win governor’s races all across the United States,” Beshear said. “And after that, I’ll sit down with my family, and we’ll consider it. What we’ll consider is who is the best candidate to heal this country?”
