DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings will have just two alternate captains this season after several players rotated wearing the ‘A’ on their jersey the past few years.

The honor goes to franchise cornerstones Moritz Seider and Lucas Raymond, the top picks in Steve Yzerman’s first two drafts as Red Wings general manager.
