LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A Clark County District Court judge will allow the Israeli official facing a sex-related charge to appear in her courtroom remotely, for now.
On Tuesday, Judge Tina Talim signed an order permitting Tom Alexandrovich, 38, to appear in her courtroom via video. Las Vegas Metro police arrested Alexandrovich, an Israeli cyber official who lives in Israel, in August.
Last week, a Clark County grand jury voted to indict Alexandrovich, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported Thursday. Alexandrovich faces a charge of luring children or mentally ill persons with the use of technology with the intent to engage in sexual conduct, records said. The indictment is a procedural formality that moves the criminal case directly to the Clark County District Court from Henderson Justi
