Police are searching for two Oregon men in their 60s after they disappeared last month

Eddie Curtis Hair, 67, and Scott Jon Smith, 68, have been missing since Sept. 13

"The two close friends were last believed to be preparing for an outdoor trip involving camping, hiking, or searching for rare rocks," the Beaverton Police Department said

Two friends, both in their 60s, set off for an outdoor excursion last month, then never returned home, police said as they continue to search for the men.
