WEEDSPORT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- The Weedsport Central School District has released a strategic plan to help the district and students grow over the next five years.

The release of the plan comes after almost a year of collaboration between teachers, students, parents, staff, and the community.

The goals of the plan are divided into four main areas that include becoming a professional learning community, student achievement and learning, multi-tiered system of support goals and facilities and operations goals.

Weedsport Superintendent Greg Stone was a guest on "Cool Schools" on WSYR+, where he broke down these goals and what he hopes to accomplish.
