SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — A Sandy man has been charged with 20 felonies after allegedly engaging in sexual conversations about children with undercover officers over four instances.

Wyatt Charles Mullen, 28, has been charged with two counts of attempted rape of a child, two counts of attempted sodomy on a child, four counts of enticement of a minor, and 12 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. These charges are divided into four separate and distinct instances, based on the four conversations with undercover law enforcement.
