TOWN OF OAK GROVE, Wis. -- A motorcyclist who was injured in a crash in the town of Oak Grove last month died Monday, Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt said.

The three-vehicle crash happened on Sept. 13 at the intersection of County Highway A/I and County Highway W in the town of Oak Grove, located about 1.5 miles west of Juneau.

An investigation found that a pickup truck was driving south on County Highway A, turning left onto County Highway W. Northbound traffic had slowed to make a left turn.

Schmidt said 40-year-old Jason Fox of Fox Lake, who was driving a motorcycle, was passing the slow traffic on the right. The pickup truck then turned into Fox's path and the two vehicle collided. A third vehicle, which was stopped at a stop sign facing west on County Highway W, was also hit.
