The Cleveland Browns made a surprising trade on Tuesday, sending veteran quarterback Joe Flacco to the Bengals, according to Adam Schefter . The move could lead to rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders getting an opportunity to start for the Browns down the line.
Sanders is now the No. 2 quarterback in Cleveland behind fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel.
If Gabriel struggles or is injured in the weeks to come, Shedeur Sanders will get his opportunity to show what he can do as a starting quarterback.
