Thief seen on video stealing gigantic Jack Skellington animatronic

“What’s this?” A thief!

A home security camera in Corona, California, captured footage of someone running off with a 13-foot-tall, animated Jack Skellington Halloween decoration that was in a front yard.

According to a neighbor, the theft occurred early Sunday morning, Oct. 5, in the 800 block of Grand Avenue.

The video shows someone in dark-colored clothing and a hoodie trotting down an alley carrying the “Nightmare Before Christmas” character and placing it atop a car — skeletal hands in the air.

The neighbor told KTLA that the Rodriguez family, which owns the animatronic, has had it for many years and would like it back — or the thieves caught, or both.
