‘They just kept driving’: Homeless man hit by car on I-55 ramp, left on ground as driver fled

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis Metropolitan Police are investigating a man who was hit by a red car at the I-55 Southbound at the Arsenal exit ramp.

The man was not seriously injured.
