A Baltimore County judge denied bail Tuesday for a 24-year-old Cockeysville man accused of approaching multiple women with a notebook containing sexual threats and attempting to kidnap one of them outside a York Road convenience store.

Micah Narteh faces multiple felony charges, including attempted kidnapping, attempted carjacking, attempted armed carjacking and attempted first-degree rape, according to court documents filed in Baltimore County District Court.

He remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Police say Narteh was first arrested Oct. 5 for disorderly conduct after reports that he had approached women outside businesses in the Cockeysville area, showing them a notebook filled with written threats soliciting sex.
