FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio — One person is dead after a crash in northwest Franklin County on Tuesday afternoon, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office were called on a report of a crash on Feder Road in Norwich Township around 4:20 p.m.
The sheriff's office said a Kia Spectra was traveling on Feder Road when it lost control in the rain and spun sideways into the southeast lane, hitting a Tacoma truck.
The driver of the Kia was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Tacoma was transported to Doctors Hospital in "stable" condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
