The Delhi High Court has issued notices to actor Shah Rukh Khan, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Netflix after a defamation suit filed by IRS officer Sameer Wankhede. The suit claims that the docuseries Ba**ds of Bollywood, directed by Shah Rukh’s son Aryan Khan, has harmed Wankhede’s reputation.

Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav summoned the defendants, including:
