The house in the city’s Georgetown neighborhood is listed by Sotheby’s for an asking price of $7.5 million. It has five bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms in 5,215 square feet of living space.
Built in 1811, the “Marbury House” has a storied history, according to Sotheby’s listing.
