India Mobile Congress 2025 Kicks Off: The 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 begins today. It is a three-day event and was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 8 October at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi. In his inaugural address, the PM said that now is the best time to invest, innovate, and "Make in India." He highlighted the growing opportunities in manufacturing, technology, and digital infrastructure in the country.

Speaking at the IMC 2025, PM Modi also emphasised India's readiness to meet global challenges and become a major player in emerging sectors such as semiconductors, mobile manufacturing and data security.

PM Modi said that any disruption in the global supply chain presents an opportunity for India to step in and provide solutions.
