Will getting to sleep in one morning be worth it?

Standard time begins on Nov. 2. “Falling back” for Coloradans — and most other Americans — means you’ll gain an hour of sleep on one night but face several months of earlier nightfall.

The stress of changing clocks twice a year isn’t popular, but an agreement on the right way to fix it is elusive. President Donald Trump and others have suggested eliminating daylight saving time — or going to it permanently — for the entire country.
