Udupi, Oct 8: The long-pending Santhekatte underpass project, which had remained incomplete for months, has finally resumed after a prolonged halt.

The construction work, which had earlier come to a standstill due to heavy rains, has now restarted following improved weather conditions. After a recent report published by Daijiworld.com highlighting the delay, authorities and contractors have once again begun pushing ahead with the remaining work, including the pending concrete work on the National Highway for vehicles travelling from Kundapur towards Udupi.
