Julian Fleming faces felony homicide by vehicle while intoxicated charges from a fatal ATV accident that claimed the life of a 22-year-old Bloomsburg woman in May.

According to court documents, Towanda State police charged Fleming, 24, of Elysburg, on Oct. 7, with the death of Alyssa Boyd. He is scheduled to appear before a district judge Wednesday morning.
